I'm going to show you guys how to hinge so you

right through from the bottom now since it's at the bottom it'll fall to the

any simpler than that now since you guys have an easily form a lat pulldown so

putting the band on your feet you can do overhead tricep extensions guys yeah
another great one one of my favorites you can just do the shoulder press guys putting
the ankle straps on ice and the same concept of human hand block you just
attach it to the bed wrap it around and hit ankle put it through the loop and
get it tight enough so it's not gonna slip off one of my personal favorites and
best exercises you can do with the ankle strap guy glute kickbacks you know the
nice step back creep that resistance and keep far back squeezing the bum every
rep and you can alternateguys great way to get that goon activation a second
great exercise you can deal with ankle straps guys it's explosive forward runs
this is gonna significantly help you with your Sprint's and overall agility so
what you do you get like you're about to run and then explode forward and of
course you want to make sure that you're switching up the legs great way to
work on just getting that explosion going forward guys a third exercise you can
do with the ankle straps is alternating straight legged dentists now do me this
way insignificant to help with your balance.
